I've tried this so many times. Too many to count. But I'm sick and tired of my petty excuses as to why I'm failing at it. And I know it's not going to be easy; it's going to be far from it. There is no such thing as woulda, coulda, shoulda in the business of getting healthy and I've come to realize that.
